margin-bottom
The margin-bottom CSS property of an element sets the margin space required on the bottom of an element. A negative value is also allowed.
This property has no effect on non-replaced inline elements, like <tt> or <span>
Example
<!DOCTYPE html> <html> <head> <style> .margin1 { margin-bottom: 5%; } .margin2 { margin-bottom: 10px; } .margin3 { margin-bottom: -5px; } .margin4 { margin-bottom: 1em; } </style> </head> <body> <div class="margin1"> The quick brown red fox jumps over the lazy dog </div> <div class="margin2"> The quick brown red fox jumps over the lazy dog </div> <div class="margin3"> The quick brown red fox jumps over the lazy dog </div> <div class="margin4"> The quick brown red fox jumps over the lazy dog </div> </body> </html>
