Dragging the contents of a cell in MS excel 2007 not working (autocomplete)

Disabled fill handle and cell drag-and-drop check box are not checked from the Excel options. Cell handle is not shown draggable as shown in the following image :


To enable this please follow these steps :

Step 1 :

Click on excel options as :

Step 2 :

Go to Advanced tab and then click on check box (enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop) as :
Advanced > enable fill handle and cell drag-and-drop


Now the drag will be enabled.
